Avaya Certified Support Engineer, ACA – Contract, Birmingham
A successful, high profile company in the insurance sector are looking to recruit an Avaya Certified Support Engineer for a contract assignment in Birmingham.
You will get involved in;
Avaya administration and support of UK sites
Fault finding and fault diagnostics and reporting findings.
New project setup and providing clients with setup documentation.
Avaya CMS support including client setups, custom reporting, maintaining backups and documentation.
Any knowledge of the following will be advantageous;
Verint Voice recording support and setups.
Tiger call reporting configuring, maintenance and report generation.

The role will suit individuals currently working as a contractors as Avaya Support Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer, Telephony Support Engineer, 2nd Line Support, Helpdesk Engineer, network support, telecommunications support, Voice & Data Engineer, Comms support, telephone engineer, software support, network engineer, 1st Line Support, 3rd Line Support, and living within a commutable distance of West Midlands, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Coventry, Tamworth, Staffordshire or be willing to relocate.
