A leading supplier of software solutions to the international structural steel industry has an immediate requirement for a Sales Executive to join them at their offices in Derby.
Their award winning software benefits the entire structural steelwork supply chain from the engineering team, through detailing specialists, fabrication contractors and erection teams to allow them to match up companies during the tendering phase of contracts.
As sales executive you role will be heading up a new division for my client, you will be contacting companies (established database already in place) that are tendering for steel fabrication projects (or regularly tender for work) to arrange viewing of the software and eventually sell the solutions.
This role will initially include a lot of telephone based sales (telemarketing) but you will be expected to start attending client visits to sell the software.
This would suit someone who is in the recruitment industry (engineering or oil and gas) who is looking for a change of direction.
