Sales Manager - Internal Sales, Lincolnshire
A successful, high profile company in the Timber / Wood / Roofing sector is now seeking to recruit a Sales Office Manager with knowledge of the Timber / Wood / Roofing industry. Salary £35,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
Your role will be to manage the sales office and a team of 8 busy Sales and Customer Service agents for a successful company in the Timber / Wood sales industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an internal / inside sales environment and firsthand knowledge of team leading and people management.
The preferred candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the timber market and have a high level of IT Literacy and management report production. You will be used to working within CRM databases and have an understanding of QA procedures. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and first class team leadership, team building and team motivation experience. You will also be able to think on your feet and have highly developed problem solving tools & techniques.
The role will suit individuals currently working as Sales Team Leader, Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Sales Office Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Customer Services Manager, Internal Sales Manager and living within a commutable distance of Lincoln, Rotherham, Doncaster, Worksop, Sheffield, Market Rasen, Gainsborough, Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, East Yorkshire or willing to relocate.
