Online Marketing Manager – Warwick
A successful, high profile company in the Digital sector is now seeking to recruit an Online Marketing Manager to work from offices in Warwick. The Online Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the marketing of the e-commerce website and other brand building activity in the UK.
Please note, this role will be offered as a 9 month fixed term permanent contract.
Your key responsibilities will be to create and manage all marketing strategies to ensure acquisition, conversion and retention of customers to boost growth of e-commerce business. You will define the look and feel and site navigation working in conjunction with internal and external teams on its implementation. You will create and manage all marketing activities for developing the brand in the UK and liaise with relevant Account Managers to ensure this is followed through with retail partners’ positioning in their marketing. You will manage and exploit a variety of marketing channels e.g. community online portals and social networks sites, online banner networks, affiliate programmes, keyword campaigns, PR, shows, media advertising, etc, plan and manage the marketing budget in order to achieve the highest return on investment, manage Pay Per Click campaigns, develop and manage affiliate marketing partnerships and define content and style for newsletters, promotions, direct mail campaigns, in store visuals, marketing materials, etc and liaise with web design team to implement designs and campaigns in relevant format.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned online marketing professional with a successful track record of strong e-commerce marketing at operational level. You will have a Marketing or other business related degree, demonstrate success in online acquisition, retention and conversion marketing and have a thorough understanding of navigation flow dynamics and of online marketing technologies and strategies. You will have ideally worked for an online retailer / e-tailer.
Salary level will be in the region of £35,000 to £40,000 + benefits.
