Call Centre Team Manager – Ashford, Kent
A successful, high profile company located in Ashford is now inviting applications for the position of Call Centre Team Manager.
**Please note, hours of work will be Predominately 4- 9pm Monday to Friday. Including at least one Saturday and one Sunday per month. A total of 35 hours per week. Flexible approach is needed as the call centre is open from 8am – 9pm.**
The role of team manager is to ensure the smooth running of projects within the telephone centre, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
To manage the team to ensure staff resources are available at all times to meet the needs of the deal flow in the telephone centre.
Liaising with the executive and all dept’s involved in the project, highlighting any potential problems to head of operations.
You will be an experienced call centre team manager who posses good organisational skills. Be methodical in your approach to day to day priorities within the department. Show a commitment to working as a team and demonstrate a flexible approach to the working day. You will have demonstrated good communication skills, enabling you to liaise with all departments within the company. You will be a solid man manager and be able to motivate your team to get the best results.
The role will suit individuals currently working as Call Centre Team Manager, Call Centre Team Leader, Telesales Manager, Contact Centre Manager, Telemarketing and living within a commutable distance of Ashford, Canterbury, Maidstone, Folkestone or willing to relocate.
