A leading designer and manufacture of RF Power Amplifiers for the Defence and Aerospace Sector has an immediate requirement for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join them.
As sale manager you will generate and develop client and strategic relationships and develop opportunities to grow the business. Ideally you will have sold microwave, RF or power amplifier solutions across the UK. It is essential that you are a good net-worker and happy to travel.
Key Experience:
• Experience of defence communications, radar and/or counter defence equipment markets.
• Technical knowledge of RF / Microwave electronics and its applications.
• Proven track record of developing sales in UK and export markets.
• Driven and self motivated.
• Tenacity and robustness to follow opportunities and convert to sales.
• Ability to develop relationship at all levels.
• Excellent networking skills.
• Ideally a degree in Electronic Engineering
This is a home based role but ideally you based in the Southern part of England. Ideally Berkshire, Surrey, London, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Avon, Wiltshire.
You will have a proven track record of strategic planning and successful execution of sales and marketing campaigns and be able lead by example. This is a client facing role and superb presentation skills are required.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + bonuses (10k – 15k) and benefits.
