A leading consultancy who deliver software and IT solutions for the healthcare sector has an immediate requirement for a Business Development / Account Manager to cover the Midlands and North.
As business development / account manager you will be working for one of the country’s leading suppliers of IT and business solutions to the healthcare industry. Their solutions can be found in many of the largest care home groups, autistic societies, housing associations and learning disability organisations in the country.
Your role will be to work with existing clients whilst also developing new contacts with the industry. You will already have an established pipeline but the ability to generate new business is essential.
It is essential that you have previous proven experience of selling business based software solutions such as financial, operational and management tools ideally with the care industry.
This is a home based role covering the Midlands and Northern England. Ideally you will be based in Birmingham, West Midlands, Derbyshire, East Midlands, Northamptonshire. Manchester etc. You will be expected to travel to Surrey at least once a week for office meetings.
Experience:
• New business development experience / Account management
• Ability to generate own pipeline
• Ideally experienced in the healthcare sector
• Ideally degree educated
• Driving license and car owner essential (car allowance or mileage available)
• Software sales experience
• Proven track record
It is essential that you can hit the ground running and you are a team player. This is client facing role so it is essential that you are articulate and conscientious. You will be self motivated with a consultancy sales approach.

Salary Circa £38,000 basic OTE of £40,000 – £50,000 (excellent commission structure)
