IT Project Office Administrator – Coventry - Contract
A successful, high profile company in the finance / accountancy sector are now seeking to recruit a Project Office Administrator to be based in Coventry for an initial 3 month assignment.
Your role will be to provide a high level of organisational and project administration support to the project office. You will contribute to the smooth running of the project workstreams. You will be involved in scheduling meetings, taking notes and minutes of meetings, assisting the Project Managers with project plans, looking after Project Office pipeline and communications out of the office and generally helping and supporting the existing Project team.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years experience in a Project Administrative role, preferably in an IT focused environment.
You will also have the following skills
•Versatile, dependable individual, able to juggle priorities at short notice.
•Skilled at prioritising work.
•Must possess a sense of urgency.
•Must work with pro-active nature and be able to use own initiative.
•Professionalism and confidentiality are essential.
•Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
•Adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
•Excellent command of the English language (spelling, grammar, punctuation etc).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
The role will suit individuals currently working as Project Support, Programme Office Administrator, Project Office Administrator, Project Co-ordinator, Project Planner, Junior Project Manager and living within a commutable distance of Coventry, Birmingham, Warwick, Leamington, West Midlands or willing to relocate.
