A leading specialist in integrity, inspection and corrosion, providing consultancy, management, engineering and operational support in the Oil & Gas, Process, Utilities and Marine Industry sectors has an immediate requirement for a Project Support Coordinator who has experience of project management, running operations offshore and logistics to join them at their headquarters in Aberdeen.
Main skills required:
•Experience of project management, running operations offshore and logistics.
•Experience in sending equipment and personnel offshore.
•Provide the ability to efficiently deliver requirements of client purchase orders.
•Responsible for maintenance of existing department contract requirements to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
•Responsible for regular update of main project planner or other method of tracking forthcoming work / operations.
•Responsible for preparation / delegation of resources to produce detailed and concise work procedures / risk assessments.
•Responsible for preparation / delegation of resources to mobilise / prepare equipment to required standard.
•Responsible for co-ordination of all requirements for logistical, personnel and subcontracted services relating to operations. (i.e. shipping, transport, vendor inspection etc).
•Responsible for preparation / delegation of pre-job briefings and documentation (in line with QA procedures) to field staff in advance of mobilisation.
•Responsible for onshore technical and logistical support to field staff during ongoing operations. This will include out of office hours cover.
•Responsible for face to face meetings with clients either pre or post job.
•Responsible for post job de brief with field staff and document as per QA system requirements.
•Responsibility to ensure all reporting and contract deliverables are performed promptly to customer’s satisfaction and properly stored, including coordinating requirements for all reports, planning of resources and if required proof reading prior to issue.
Salary:Circa £30,000 - £40,000
