As Integrity Services Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the service delivered by the department fulfils the objectives of my client and meets the expectations of the demanding clients found in the oil and gas industry. Integrity Services is a significant department within the EMEA Oil & Gas operation, providing risk-based integrity solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. The department has approximately 130 employees and is based around a project structure. Integrity Services currently has a turnover of about £14 million per year and works closely with the other parts of the Oil & Gas business, providing a significant degree of support to the group’s global oil and gas activities.

This post forms part of the EMEA Oil & Gas management team and reports to the EMEA Oil & Gas General Manager

The role will involve:
• Providing visible, felt leadership in the area of safety
• Upholding my clients vision and values
• Developing, maintaining and implementing departmental strategies and budgets
• Managing the department such that staff have a clear sense of direction and understand their respective roles and responsibilities in service delivery and in achieving our objectives
• Ensuring that appropriate technical standards are maintained in service delivery
• Ensuring that the competency management system is effective
• Fulfilling the role of technical manager under EN45004
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with management system and external standards, including EN45004
• Contributing to and supporting the development of our Oil & Gas business worldwide
• Working with the other members of the EMEA Oil & Gas management team to ensure that the strategic objectives are achieved.

Our requirements
• Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent.
• Prior experience in leading a multi-disciplined team in a related area of service delivery.
• Prior experience in winning work.
• Commercial awareness
• Able to effectively prioritise conflicting demands.
• Able to establish effective relationships with clients.
• The ability to motivate and lead is essential. Being able to work as part of a team is equally important.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• The ability to act decisively, to know when this is required and to see decisions through.
