Senior Pipeline Engineer
An Aberdeen based consultancy in integrity, inspection and corrosion who provide consultancy, management, engineering and operational support in the Oil & Gas, Process, Utilities and Marine Industry sectors has an immediate requirement for a Senior Pipeline Engineer to provide Pipeline integrity engineering input to integrity management schemes. You will have opportunities to follow new project developments through into operations.
As Senior Pipeline Engineer you will ideally be a Chartered Engineer or equivalent, have Pipeline integrity experience in analysis, report preparation, work pack preparation, project engineering, quality assurance and specification/workscope definition.
The role will also involve:
•Preparation of Written Schemes of Examination and Inspection Planning.
•Site/Offshore – experience in monitoring/inspection, project engineering and site supervision.
•Knowledge of pipeline corrosion mitigation/monitoring techniques.
•Knowledge of relevant failure modes of pipelines / process plant.
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: Circa £45,000
