Support /. Training Consultant – Sage Line 100 / Sage 200 - Hampshire
A successful, high profile company in the Accountancy Software sector are now seeking to recruit a Software Support / Training Consultant with Accountancy Software Experience, preferably Sage Line 100 or Sage 200, to be based out of offices in Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience in full life cycle implementation from requirements definition, through testing, system implementation, data migration, go live, end user training and ongoing support. Applications from candidates experienced in other accountancy packages will also be considered (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Pegasus Opera, Quickbooks etc).
Accountants or Part Qualified Accountants (that are expert software users) looking for a career change will also be considered as full training will be provided where necessary.
The applicant will have the ability to problem solve client queries and problems via telephone, remote support and also have the confidence to give on-site support.
Sage 200 accreditation would be a distinct advantage as is the ability to learn vertical market products to enhance the end-users use of Sage 200. Since some of the support will be on-site and mainly in the South of England, travel and overnight stays may be part of the job.
Salary will depend on experience and certifications but will be up to £30,000.
The role will suit individuals currently working as Software Support Consultant, Accountancy Software Support, Field Consultant, Accountant, Part Qualified Accountant, Desktop Support, PC Support and living within a commutable distance of Hampshire, Andover, Winchester, Salisbury, Basingstoke, Southampton or willing to relocate.
