A leading full digital design agency that create and develop sophisticated software solutions is looking for Share Point Developer to join them at their offices in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
As SharePoint Developer you will be focused on working with the SharePoint Platform developing various business solutions (websites, intranets and extranets). All developers are part of the development team and should be competent in all Microsoft development technologies.
AS Share Point Developer you will implement high quality, scalable and extendable SharePoint solutions. You will have a proven track record of delivering client web applications and an active interest in pursuing technological advances and innovative ideas. As SharePoint Developer you will work from high level requirements through detailed specifications, prototype, software deployment and administration. This includes analysing technologies and technical processes, identify areas for technical improvement and to create and implement various technical specifications .
AS SharePoint Software Developer / Analyst Programmer / Software Engineer you will ideally have
• 1-2 years SharePoint (WSS/MOSS) application development experience
• 3 years of pure .NET development (latest frameworks, c#, web parts, asp.net)
• 2 years of working with databases and web services (SQL 2005/2008, XML, WSDL, ASMX and WCF)
• Development best practices - coding standards, source control, prototyping and technical documentation
• Experience with n-tier architectures
• Unit testing for all assigned deliverables
• String knowledge of XML and XSLT
• Packing and deploying SharePoint solutions
Good communication skills are essential. You will be working in a highly creative and energy filled environment with like minded people.
