Senior Software / Web Developer C#, ASP.Net - Norwich
A successful, high profile company in Norwich is now seeking to recruit a Senior Software / Web Developer / Programmer with core skills in C#, ASP.Net Development.
The successful candidate will take on a senior development role within the software development team. This includes: designing, developing and implementing Web pages and sites; supporting existing systems by implementing changes and fixing bugs. There is a strong emphasis on providing business intelligence related solutions and interfacing with back end data. As well as hands on development you will also be rresponsible for Strategy & Planning and Operational Management.
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in the field of computer science and 3 years equivalent work experience of ASP.NET 3.5 and C#, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio 2005/2008 and a related source control tool such as Visual Studio 2005/8 Team Foundation Server or Visual SourceSafe. 2 years experience of MS SQL and T-SQL; SQL Server 2005/8 and at least 1 years experience of LINQ, JavaScript, experience of configuring IIS 6.0 or greater and web based services, preferable WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) services.
The role will suit individuals currently working as Software Developer, Web Developer, Programmer, Web Application Developer, Software Engineer, Analyst Progammer and living within a commutable distance of Norwich, East Anglia, Norfolk or willing to relocate.
