Production Manager – CG / Computer Animation - Blackpool
A successful, high profile company in the CG / Animation sector is now seeking to recruit a Production Manager who is flexible and passionate in their approach to working on animation productions and managing teams.
As an experienced Production Manager with a proven track record of delivering creative, high quality productions within budget and deadlines you’ll be a great communicator with a strong ability to organise and motivate production teams. You’ll love being organised and yearn to create productions that delight clients by working with some of the most talented CG Artists in the industry. As well as this you’ll be an all round problem solver, team player, and have the ability to keep your team motivated and your client happy. You’ll work on a project from cradle to grave, liaising with clients while leading your talented team to achieve world class results.
The role will involve liaising with & advising clients in order to determine requirements, organising presentation material to pitch to clients and working with Account Management team sto produce cost breakdowns. You will also be involved in producing & maintaining client deliverable & artist schedules including task tracking, pre-production reference gathering, briefing and managing internal teams and providing verbal & written progress to clients, management & internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years Production Management experience within CG related or broadcast industry, any management training will be an advantage.
The role will suit individuals currently working as Producer, Production Manager, Senior CG Artist, Digital Artist, Video Game Producer, MMOG Producer, Computer Game Producer, Animation Director, Production Manager, Studio Manager and living within a commutable distance of Preston, Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, North West or willing to relocate.
