IT Sales Consultant
Location: Watford
Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 PA
A well established company with both a business to business and retail presence has created a position for an IT Sales Consultant to play a key role in the selling and marketing of the their portfolio of products in both consumer and B2B markets. The IT Sales Consultant will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and successful team with a remit that encompasses the entire sales cycle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• As the primary point of contact for customers phoning the office an excellent telephone manner is essential and the ability to give clear and accurate technical advice to customers over the phone and face – face.
• Using the customer database to encourage repeat business nurture client relationships.
• Preparing and sending quotes, receiving and processing orders.
• Conducting telemarketing and telesales calls to new and existing customers.
• Market research.
Essential Qualities/Experience:
• Proven aptitude in IT and consumer technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate
• Able to work in a team, be flexible and be responsible
• Organised and self-motivated
• Good presentation skills.
