Technical Support Coordinator – Automotive Lighting, Leeds
A successful, high profile company in the Automotive Lighting sector is now seeking to recruit a Technical Support Coordinator to work in the marketing department.
**It is essential for candidates to have an aptitude to working with cars / vehicles and a ‘hands on’ interest in vehicles and DIY automotive maintenance.**
Your role;
• Produce technical and market publications
• Prepare and coordinate product instructions and user guides
• Maintain product application data bases
• Carry out practical product tests and fitments
• Compilation and circulation of product and component drawings
• Coordination of product statutory obligations
• In house Photography
• Assist in Product Training
• Assist in Exhibitions and presentations
• Market research
The successful candidate ideally will have:
• A proven background of initiative and drive
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A keen ‘hands on’ interest in vehicles – a definite requirement
• Full clean Driving licence
Salary : £20,000 - £22,000 per annum (depending on experience)
The role will suit individuals currently working as Mechanic, Graduate, Automotive Electrician, Automotive Engineer, Technical Support and living within a commutable distance of Leeds, West Yorkshire or willing to relocate.
