Programmer Manager

A successful, high profile company in the polymer sector has an opening for Programme Manager to join the team.

You will manage the introduction of all defined programs into the company’s nominated manufacturing site while maintaining agreed targets, quality, cost and delivery is met. Ensure adherence to company procedures and customer specifications. Manage and own the implementation of programs to customer (internal and external) needs. Capture requirements of customers and ensure products meet specification. Ensure components ore managed into volume production and handed over according to procedure. Ensure the outcome from meetings has clear actions, owners and agreed closure dates. Support programme and business actives where applicable. Knowledge of APQP, ISO Six Sigma techniques and other program management. Be able to lead and motivate others. Communicate and present effectively with a positive “can do” attitude.
