A leading designer and manufacture of RF Power Amplifiers based in Bristol has an immediate requirement for RF Design Engineer to join them. Relocation package available.
As RF Design Engineer you will have:
• A proven track-record in RF & Microwave engineering, particularly in RF circuit design techniques.
• Demonstrated success in the design and manufacture of high power amplifiers;
• Track record of designs or strong awareness of sources, up- and down-converters, transceivers, LNAs, etc;
• Strongly desirable that have experience of PSU, sequencing, biasing;
• Strongly desirable that have experience of enclosure design (including electro-magnetic simulation and thermal analysis);
• Good working knowledge of electronic design tools (AWR Microwave Office, Pulsonix, HFSS & Autocad preferable);
• Demonstrable skills in problem solving;
• Expected to be able to communicate at all levels within the company and to lead customer meetings on technical basis;
