A world leader designer and supplier of power supplies have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Engineer to join their Engineering Department in the role of Low Voltage Engineer at their offices in Lincoln.
As Low Voltage (LV) Senior Engineer you will be responsible for providing design, implementation, testing and on-site commissioning of low voltage power and control systems including power distribution, LV switchgear and motor control systems.
As Senior Engineer you will be involved in the preparation of design/build documentation and the provision of technical support to the sales team and clients.
Knowledge of autocad or PLC & Scada is also desirable.
To achieve the level of expertise required would typically mean a minimum of 10 years experience in control system engineering, with evidence of delivering projects to budget and within set timescales.
The post would suit a self-motivated person with a flexible and logical approach to utilizing and extending their core skills, and the desire to continue their professional development. There is the opportunity of overseas travel.
Salary is open to negotiation circa £30,000 - £35,000+
