A leading worldwide supplier of ESP power supplies has an immediate requirement for a Control Systems Software Engineer to join them from their offices in Lincoln.
As PLC Controls Engineer your role will be providing:
• Design, implementation, testing and on-site commissioning of PLC, HMI and SCADA software to customer specifications.
• The preparation of design/build of software and documentation and the provision of technical support to the sales team and clients.
• The role has a PLC focus and offers additional electrical engineering opportunities.
• Commissioning of LV power and control systems including power distribution, LV switchgear and motor control systems, is desirable but not essential.
As PLC Controls Engineer you will ideally be qualified to HNC level and have 2-3 years practical experience, as a minimum, in control system engineering with evidence of delivering projects to budget and within set timescales, is a pre-requisite.
The post would suit a self-motivated person with a flexible and logical approach to utilizing and extending their core skills, and the desire to continue their professional development. There is also the opportunity of overseas travel.
I would also be interested in talking to any Senior Engineers who can design, implementation, testing and on-site commissioning of LV power and control systems including power distribution, LV switchgear and motor control systems.
