We are currently recruiting for an Area Manager in the South East, working with an existing Refrigeration Sales team you will be responsible for the generation and consolidation of key business in the South East.
This new position will have full responsibility for the combined Contracting and Service operations in South East England, incorporating both the Western and Southampton Service branches.
Responsibilities will include:
- The achievement of financial targets.
- Co-ordination of the Area with the rest of the Company to achieve objectives.
- To work with the Sales Manager to formulate sales strategy and tactics.
- To support the Sales team to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- To ensure the seamless co-ordination between Service and Contracting sales efforts to maximise the potential from the customer base.
Candidates will
- Have demonstrate general management skills
- Have proven ability to turn ideas into actions
- Have strong leadership ability
- Have good knowledge and understanding of the refrigeration market
- Have organisation and planning skills
- Have an understanding of financial concepts
- Be an articulate communicator
