Senior Corrosion Engineer

A leading specialist in integrity, inspection and corrosion, providing consultancy, management, engineering and operational support in the Oil & Gas, Process, Utilities and Marine Industry sectors has an immediate requirement for a Senior Corrosion Engineer to provide Lead Corrosion engineering input to integrity management schemes.

•Graduate Engineer or Technologist, or equivalent experience.
•Detailed knowledge of corrosion processes in Oil & Gas industry.
•Process plant and pipeline RBI experience.
•Lead corrosion engineer input to integrity management schemes.
•Opportunities to follow new project developments through into operations.
•Potential to be integrity team leader.
•Chartered Engineer or equivalent.
•Integrity/Corrosion experience in analysis, engineering evaluation, report preparation, drafting, workbook preparation, project engineering, quality assurance and specification/work scope definition.
•Preparation of Written Schemes of Examination.
•Inspection Planning.
•Authorative Reviews.
•Experience in monitoring/inspection, project engineering and site supervision.
•Knowledge of corrosion monitoring techniques and knowledge of relevant failure modes of process plant and pipelines including exotic materials.
